By accessing or using AksharType (including all associated websites, APIs, and services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

AksharType is designed as a fair, competitive platform for measuring genuine human typing proficiency. You agree NOT to:

• Use automated typing bots, macros, autohotkey scripts, or simulated keystroke injections.
• Tamper with network payloads, test verification tokens, or leaderboard scores.
• Exploit software bugs to manipulate test durations, WPM calculations, or rankings.

Accounts found violating our Fair Play Policy are subject to immediate disqualification, leaderboard removal, and permanent account termination.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Service Availability & Changes

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without prior notice.
